The boutique hotel The Island House is situated  on ten acres of land on the island of Nassau, Bahamas. The resort hosts thirty guest room keys with three completely different schemes, six privately owned condos, and public spaces, including a lobby, living room, reception, workstations,  library, cafe, theater, spa, fitness center, racquetball courts, movement center, pool + terrace, banquet space, + sushi restaurant. Of the thirty rooms, there are twenty-two standard guest rooms and eight guest suites. The room typicals include king configurations, double queen configurations, and ADA compliant configurations. The scope of the project included developing and designing the lobby, all corresponding corridors, and the three different schemes for both guest rooms and guest suites.
