The project was to design a work environment for Interface, Inc., a commercial modular carpet tile company. The Interface headquarters are located in the LaGrange Industrial Park of LaGrange, Georgia. The goal was to showcase Interface's vision and mission, and provide employees with a flexible space that encourages creativity and individuality. The interiors will promote productivity and wellness among workers with dynamic and collaborative spaces. The focus was on the design studio, which serves as the primary work environment for twenty-five of Interface's associate. The scope of the project included individual workstations for all twenty-five associates, a break room, a conference room, collaborative areas, etc. The design also focused on areas pertaining to storage, training and printing. The project also called for two separate designs that incorporated both the old furniture and equipment, [concept one], and new furniture and equipment, [concept two].
